E. Sophia Kozak, MA is Core Arts Pilates’ Reiki practitioner.  She is a seventh-generation Usui Reiki Master, certified in Usui Reiki Levels I, II, III and Master Levels by Reverend Arleta Soares, URM and is fully insured to practice Reiki by MMIP.  She received her BA from UCLA and MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.  Sophia has been practicing Reiki in the Los Angeles area since 2006.
