When you join Core Arts Pilates, our movement specialists provide a personalized 1-to-1 consultation for new clients, creating customized workout programs tailored to individual needs.

Pilates Privates

  • Receive undivided attention from our instructors.
  • Customized programs using all Pilates equipment, including Cadillac, Reformer, High Chair, Wunda Chair, High Barrel, and Small Barrels.
  • Establish understanding and competence in fundamental Pilates principles through individualized focus and feedback.

Pilates Semi-Privates

  • Typical sessions include various mat and equipment exercises.
  • Duet sessions, a favorite among our clients at Core Arts.

Pilates Intensives

  • Classic mat work combined with Pilates equipment.
  • Experience Pilates’ favorite exercises, including Arm and Leg Springs, Push-Through, Reverse Push Through, with a maximum of four people per class.

Pilates Bootcamp

  • Ideal for advanced Pilates practitioners.
  • Fosters a rigorous pace, offering a well-rounded workout using various apparatus, including mat, reformer, and Cadillac/tower.

GYROTONIC®
