Lynann Escatel
Certified Instructor
Movement has always been a central part of Lynann’s life. As a dancer, she became increasingly aware of the physical toll it took on her body, leading her to discover Pilates. From her very first session, she knew this method would stay with her long after her dance career. Her passion for Pilates grew, and in 2008, she became certified in Classical Pilates through Romana’s Pilates in New York City.
In 2018, she expanded her expertise by earning certification in FEET-NESS, a specialized program created by Ilaria Cavagna that focuses on foot health and movement. As a FEET-NESS ambassador, Lynann helps clients build strength and stability from the ground up. Her journey continued with ELDOA, a revolutionary method developed by osteopath Guy VOYER, DO, designed to improve spinal and joint health. In May 2019, she became one of just 106 certified ELDOA trainers worldwide.
Lynann works with clients of all ages, helping them move with greater awareness, strength, and confidence. Through Pilates, she guides them toward better alignment, reduced pain, and improved flexibility. Teaching brings her immense joy, and she is committed to inspiring others to move, grow, and feel their best every day.
