“Day 1 of Complexions summer intensive in LA and the energy in the room was palpable. The artists were eager to learn, driven, focused and open to understanding how to unlock more of their bodies. We focused on two principles of pilates/dance medicine and how they can transform their dancing. What a gift to be able to do what we love. So grateful, honored and excited to be here.
